Having a few good generics myself, I would like to keep landspace limited. It would greatly increase the value of my investment.

However - many small companies cannot use their name in business on the Internet. If it uses common word, e.g. Apple, it could have been taken by another business.

> Market Saturation and confusion. .com .net .org .info .biz is sufficient now and forever.

There can be no saturation, while there is shortage - can there?

If there is confusion, then that is fault of system - and those running it.

***** Restriced TLD's are urgently required. *****

Your investment in generics will enable clever businesses to get more awareness, by making their internet name more memorable.

Quite apart from the fact the domain is a lot more prestigous, a TV or radio advert for JEWELS.com would bring much greater profit to them, than jewellerybusinessname.com.

The consumer would have forgot the jewellerybusinessname by the time they logged on.
