Your points are all valid, IF it plays out the way it should.  But has anything about the .INFO rollout happened the way it should? We won't know for a couple of months whether the original fraudsters, or the new domain laundering fraudsters, wasted their money. My guess is that quite a few will keep their ill-gotten domain names. One thing is sure, Afilias will make money every step of the way.  They made money on every sunrise registration, they make more money on every sunrise challenge, and they make money on each re-registration.  Other than the public outcry, which seems to be lessening as time goes by, where is the incentive for Afilias to clean up this mess?
