Trademarks have to disown generic words... |

Trademarks have to disown generic words... if in same class. e.g. Apple Computers
cannot claim trademark on the 'Computer' part of name. But they own rights on the
word 'Apple' in relation to computers. A nylon company can use 'Computer' as trademark
for a range of its nylons.
