Subject: Question about TM law/ Sunrise

Message:

If you register a TM in one class (which will necessarily be a class not usually associated with the TM e.g. apple in computers class), then get a domain name in Sunrise, are you then allowed to decide to sell products associated with the name rather than the class i.e. use the site to sell apples?

Are you allowed to say that you registered the domain because you had a right to because of your TM, and then claim that HAVING REGISTERED IT, you decided the domain alone was a good enough asset to actually go into that area of business?
