Like you say, "the domain is not the trade mark".

This is why Sunrise is a load of bull*.

I was looking primarily at the straight-forward change of use, of mark.

If sock company sell computer.info, I would assume they lose trademark on the sock trademark 'computer'.

This is because, under trademark law, they have to protect their mark.

UDRP and Sunrise is 'supposedly' to protect trademarks - yes? They got the domain on the understanding that it was their trademark - yes?

They are not protecting trademark - if they sell it, are they?
