It is logical that they should lose their TM (for reasons I gave) - but like you say, they will likely get away with it. With the authorities the way they are, they seem to get away with everything. *** Am sure I have said something similar before; The only time they should be allowed to sell Sunrise domain, is when they sell trademark. That is if all this bull* about UDRP and Sunrise is supposed to be true. *** As far as I can see - you are right - it is a mockery and fraud.
