Subject: No, UDRP is corrupt

and the very fact that as you say 'you just need to know how to play the game', indicates this anyway. 'Playing the game' is an opportunist's reaction to the corruption. That is what you are Mole, an opportunist. Nothing wrong with that, keeping your eyes open for opportunities is wise.

However, it should at least be admitted that UDRP is corrupt, as good people who may not be as handy at 'playing the game' and are victims will suffer unjustly. It is yet another example of big business bully-boys teaming up with corrupt government organisations.

We can learn to adapt to their dirty tricks for our own investment survival, but let us not credit them with any undue decency. UDRP is part of a much wider bullshit culture which ICANN is right in the middle of. How wide is it? Depends where you draw the line: Afilias doesn't do anything about corrupt registrars and its own board has commited fraud, ICANN doesn't do anything about Afilias, The DoC doesn't do anything about ICANN... It's a familiar story in the UK too, governments turning a blind eye to corrupt businesses. It is the capitalist way.
