made available to the public, the same suspects as we saw operating as .info registrars prior to and during the .info launch will be back hawking for business with a range of options as to how preregistrants can lose their money.

Supposedly exclusive cueues, non-exclusive cueues, auctions, cueues limited to a few hundred applications at exorbitant prices - I bet the huxters and carpetbagers will be back.
