Do you think the US Government don't read the news? It is obvious to me that 'Proof of Concept' was the excuse they were to use, to get away with this scam. BIZ says "the best way, the tested way, would be first-come, first-serve" .INFO says "random, round-robin" process that is fair to all applicants So what exactly has been proven by all this? It has proven - PROOF OF CONCEPT IS ALL A LIE
