The original Domebase solution was workable and was transparently the fairest solution - it would have avoided the need for this "third round" of domain sales! Did Afilias ever attempt to justify why they wouldn't adopt it? Why should anyone trust them? Why did their CEO charge people thousands of dollars to submit names with no Trademark details? Why did one of their directors charge Plankenstein £500000 to submit his 4981 frauds? Why should anyone trust them? They could have protected the honest Landrush customers the first time by implementing your solution. Instead they ripped off honest people.
