Hello,

voetbal.info (Dutch for football/soccer!) is claimed with a fake trademark from 7-22-2001! You can
only apply with trademarks older than 1 or 2? years!! I wonder if this guy has more claims...

registration. In accordance with the terms of its contract with ICANN,
neither Afilias nor the individual registrars independently verified the
underlying trademark data associated with each Sunrise Registration, see

you believe that this Sunrise Registration does not qualify, then you may
want to consider filing a Sunrise Challenge as set forth in Appendix J.

You should also be aware that Afilias has announced that it will be the
challenger of last resort in connection with facially invalid Sunrise
Registrations, see

be advise that if the domain in question is deemed to be facially invalid
and is cancelled, the allocation of this domain name will be done in an yet
to be announced equitable manner.

If you have a complaint against a specific registrar, I would encourage you
to contact that registrar and attempt to resolve your dispute.  If after
this exchange you feel that your concerns have not been properly addressed,
you may wish to file a complaint with ICANN the organization that accredited
individual registrars. ICANN has provided the following online complaint
form for complaint submissions.
