I bought a one page web site and it doesn't work.
I was promoised a name I secured on the first day of launch, and to date 3
months later, the name is still in limbo despite over 30 unanswered emails. Yes,
over 30 into a black hole.Netsol is screwy and as a paying customer I expect fair
exchange for the money (much higher than other registrars) I pay them. Forget it,
I gave them many chances and each time, they reinforce this 'ignore the customer'
mentality through perhaps lack of resource.
Verisign has a lot of bad feelings
repairing to do with Netsol.
I recommend eNom, they deliver with value added space
age technology. They may cost $29 a year, but boy are they worth it.
