To challenge someone in a country like India anyway.  You could easily payoff someone at the trademark office in that country and get a back-dated trademark certificate. I don't think any company should be able to get generics like business.info anyway - next time they add more extensions there should not be another Sunrise. Even so, I don't think Afilias messed up as bad as Neulevel.
