Subject: Cat.info is another example

The heavy machinery company Catepillar has a TM on the word

       Cat(since 1954).....They reg'd Cat.info in the Sunrise.

Should make for an exciting website when those cat lovers

decide to do a blind type in at Cat.info only to get info

about heavy machinery.  However in defense, if generics were

doled out to the general population in a REAL first

come, first serve situation they could do with the domain as

      they please.

The difference is the general population DIDN't have a "first

come first serve chance" at some of the best info generics.

Keep in mind the true test of a generic domain is if you are

able to legally hold it WITHOUT a TM.  Let's try it!  If I were

to have gotten Cat.info would Catepillar be able to

successfully take it from me in a court of law??  I will allow

      you to decide.
