As example - thousands of trademarks using word 'Apple' have no guarantee of being able to use name. Apple computers will still protect and make claim to every Apple.[anything] - even though they share the word 'apple' with hundreds of others in the USA alone (plus all those in 200+ countries). Please check yourself: http://tess.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=login&p_lang=english&p_d=trmk There is a solution, so all can use trademark, but the authorities hide it. No lawyer has gave reasoned argument against the solution. This is why I believe the authorities are corrupt.
