words to express your doubts.In my opinion this case is a case of piracy of public
intellectual property.
The word BUSINESS must be kept free in all classes of goods
and services. In many countries even in those where English is a foreign language
it is impossible to register a trademark BUSINESS.
I don't know the trademark law
of India. May be one can register everything there. I don't care about that.
The
fact that all countries' trademark laws got the same position in that domain race
which is so called Sunrise Period shows us a grievious violation of equal competition
and equal opportunities.
I'm only talking about WORDMARKS. Please go away with
paintings or designs.
So for me there is no difference at all between Stephen Rumney
and his successor.
