Subject: Can anybody explain this WIPO decision?

While browsing through some of the sunrise challenge decisions as made by WIPO, I found the following. The name STUTTERING.INFO has originally been claimed by The European League of Stuttering Associations. This is a charity, founded some 10 years ago, that brings together stuttering associations. To me, this seems to be a perfect owner for stuttering.info.

To my surprise they lost the challenge, and the new owner is Eunic, a domain registration company who may or may not represent someone else.

This seems so unfair to me that I would almost expect someone has mixed up Complainant and Respondent. Or does someone else see another explanation?

Erik
