Subject:	refunds - Catalog just ignored my second and subsequent

requests for refunds - as did Cydian.  I spent a fair bit of money at INWW but didn't bother to ask - I don't know why. Cydian sold preregistrations in an exclusive cueue, as did INWW(MelbourneIT), but Cydian submitted their applications through INWW, so neither of them was true to their claim to be selling tickets for and exclusive cueue. Did anyone manage to get refunds from IDRegister or Names4Ever?
