As far as I know this was a deal whereby the name was registered under the TM holder's name but a separate private contract was signed between the trademark owner and a third party, arranging transfer of domain ownership to the third party as soon as possible.
Strictly speaking, this is not really licensing a trademark, so it was rather irrelevant to have mentioned it.
