Perhaps I missed something. How did you take my use of the word "encourage" and turn it into "force?"

We force nobody to do anything. We merely encourage those who feel that they'd rather not have a domain that they feel would be easily subject to a UDRP proceeding to do something about it. Rather than tell them, "sorry, you're out of luck," we offer them the chance to exchange it for another, available domain. Someone who registered what is obvious a strong trademark in 1996 might rather not have it now. We feel it's only fair to give our customers a one-time chance to make the exchange without having to abandon their registration fee. I suppose we could charge them again, but that's not ethical business.

But at the end of the day, we "force" nothing.
