The Landrushers that played by the rules lost out - that is for sure. As for wisdom gained "after the event"; They KNEW not checking trademark would bring in false claims. Also, even trainee programmer knows you have to validate user entry of data. All my findings have taught me one thing: The whole system is corrupt - as are the people at the top that run it.
