They could use libel laws - but would rather people not hear the complaints in the first instance.

A Ford vehicle and Bridgestone tyre combination caused 271 deaths and over 800 injuries.

I believe that they all tried to hush up.

If one of my daughters died from this, I would shout it loud on the Internet.

This is just one reason why Big Business try to stop you using their names.

Trademarks are to identify source - not claim world rights to usage of words.
