Message:

IMO would say $100,000 was conservative estimate.
But if domain was taken as part of Sunrise - it has to be the trademark of owner.
To get it as part of trademark name, or because they have it as graphic (it was issued as graphic and NOT word) would be an abuse of their trademark.
They could not use the single word 'finance' for financial information.
It would be against trademark law to use it for such - they have to disown the word or use it only in stylized form (as graphic only).
The word 'finance' could be used to sell socks though.
