ICANN, doesn't mandate this.  I can't believe I'm responding to such nonsense. You are not my customer. You don't know the terms of service our customers agreed to.  Don't you feel the least bit dumb for popping off without getting the facts first? Read my other responses.  Please, take a sedative or something.  I'm sorry you lost so much money with whomever you did business with, but you didn't do business with us. Your remarks are unfair and unfactual and without base. Write that kind of statement to your vendor. Not us.  We did not serve you. Regards, Lars
