Afilias's challenge of Last
Resort is already started and I come through some facts on which Afilias can be sued
?1. If any challenge filed by the Afilias is not succeeded means Trade Mark found
with the party then the WIPO will return only $295 and what about the legal expenses
? will afilias will repay the legal expenses occured by the party ?
2. All expenses
are paid by the party to keep the domain of .info and he/she is paying for the Policy
and procedureral defects of Afilias. Afilias should Keep the Challenges fees at minimum
and should repay all the expenses occured by the party.
3. Afilias shouldnot challenges
the domains like this without estabilishing the Facts about the non compliance by
the registrant?
Is anybody got challenge of last resort then please post on this
board that on what ground they made the challenge ?
