Even a trainee programmer KNOWS you HAVE TO validate data entry. Does even one programmer on this board disagree with that statement? Afilias had access to many EXPERTS, let alone programmers. In my logical reasoned opinion - it was not just "professional negligence" - but actual intent to defraud. I would venture further on this - as ICANN have done nothing to stop or prevent this fraud (prior, during or after event) - that it was conspiracy to defraud.
