     I'm afraid more companies are going to come in under the veil that they will "change" things for the better, but obviously the intent is clear:  Make the TM owner feel they "ABSOLUTELY" have to protect their name, and for the speculator feel like they will lose out on a "for sure" deal.  My opinion is quite simple:  We don't need anymore more domains.  Can't ANYONE see that!

A snippet from the above LA Times article (which proves my point):
