running a lottery...and then goes on to mislead the reader into thinking that Neulevel is now running an auction. When in reality it is the greedyguts at Dotster behind the auction. This registrar should not be permitted to participate in the round robin... and neither should Enom; they are guilty of the same snake-oil behavior.
