In my logical and considered opinion:

The system set up be Afilias and ICANN was not conducive to honesty - was it?

Though a few may have honourable intent - how can any of them be honest?

This system was not just open to abuse - it was fraudulant.

How can it be a fair or just, given the DELIBERATE FLAWS in a supposedly 'open' TLD?

e.g. Priority to trademarks over the individual - violating the First Amendment - and on that perverse corruption having absolutely no checks at all on trademark validity.

Read my lips - 'The authorities are corrupt'.
