I've been asking eNom to do this like for months. Their transfer facilities do not allow that. They say they are working on it. I suspect both Afilias and Neulevel are waiting till all the problems created in the fiasco launches are sorted out before allowing transfers. It's just too messy right now, and of course all the .info fraudsters will try to move their names and change ownership details to murky the water. April would be about right.
