.biz is not for everyone. But where it is most appealing i.e. for business exchanges, .com pales in meaning. Investor sentiments with the notion of .com has taken one hell of a beating. I personally would not want to wear the badge of .com should I pursue a VC. Image is important, whether you like it or not. I see remnants of .com advertising today, and it doesn't impress me like it used to, don't know about you.
