you can't just incorporate to grab the .us domain name
IN ADDITION,
THE U.S. PRESENCE NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED.
If you leave or dissolve the corporation,
you lose the name.
So, a foreign company incorporated in the United States would
qualify.
That might grant Siemens, which has a trademark on
a hearing aid, the domain
"music.us". Here we go again!
