The .info lock down of sunrise registered domains ends 180 days after the completion of the sunrise period which was August 31, 2001. This would be tomorrow (February 27).  So tomorrow all names (except ones with a challenge against them) become unlocked and the owner is free to transfer them.  Starting tomorrow, the Afilias "Challenge of Last Resort" will be too late to be used against any remaining names that are fraudulent and have not already been challenged.  It will only be of use against names that were challenged under the Challenge Rules prior to December 5, 2001 that have not yet been transferred to subsequent fraudsters.
