Following a specific demand from ICANN Director Hans Kraaijenbrink

who was not pleased at all with the publishing of my photos of the

board retreat, I restricted the access to only those photos, showing

diagrams etc. to let you help to understand Stuart Lynns proposal.

He also asked about the legal implications of this. I am not going to

publish his mail, but it sounded like heīd be interested to sue me

or let otherīs do this. I hope you understand my prompt reaction.

There seem to be quiete different understanding of transparency

in the board.
