Subject: Will Hal Lubsen refund the $15000 he charged William Lorenz

Message:

Hal Lubsen's company DomainBank charged $15000 to submit .info Sunrise applications which Lubsen must have known were ineligible, since as CEO of Afilias he executed the rules that state that all applications had to have valid Trademark data.

The 93 .info applications of William Lorenz had NONE.
Trademark Country: NONE
Trademark Number: NONE
Trademark Name: NONE
Trademark Date: NONE

If Hal Lubsen KNEW the rules of his own company (Afilias) then how can he charge somebody to abuse those selfsame rules, KNOWING that the names could never be eligible?

While I don't particularly care from Lorenz's point of view, it seems that Hal Lubsen has no rights to this money.
