I thought the Sunrise System was agreed with ICANN in advance? ICANN either knew the obvious flaws in the system (that would allow ALL easy fraud) or they are guilty of gross incompetence. As Sunrise abridges the right of the common person to words - in an 'open' gTLD - and they could easily have restricted TLD - etc. etc. - you know my educated opinion.
