Subject:	Good reason to restrict this to some of the new TLDs
Message:
The whole idea was to prevent someone from grabbing an entire SLD and to _enforce_ a better structure of the domain names. This will also ease the operation of DNS servers. Currently, every one of the 12 GTLD (and many of them root too) name servers must know all the 2nd level domains.
