While I can see the reason you are writing the
above, I still fully share Dr. Muellers opinion: Why should there be a testbed, if
a) there already where hundreds of testbeds b) there is no technical problem c) it
just means postponing for political reasons again what already has been postponed
for years.
My proposal: Solve the trademark problem (see my comment above) and
then introduce whatever abount of gtlds is requested.
