Rights of present .ORG domain name holders |

There are many registrants of ORG domains that do not qualify as an organization
according to whatever definition I can think of. I myself am one, and use SCHNEIDERS.ORG
for email. Should there not be safeguards for the rights of registrants, that they
will not be losing their domain names after the new ORG registry with its new rules
is operative? After all, registering in ORG has been encouraged for the last couple
of years to everyone, including businesses and individuals. (Even registering an
ORG corresponding to your COM is still encouraged...)
