Subject: Rights of .org domain name holders

                Mike,

Your reply doesn't really establish anything, other than the fact that
a transition period is necessary. This is true, because current .org
holders would be quite upset if their domain just "stopped working".

What is ICANN's definition of a "non-profit organization"? Would an
individual be able to hold a .org domain if they're non-profit, or
would they have to be an established group? If this is the case, what
will be reserved for "non-profit individuals"?

The new agreement also states that current .org domains may continue
to operate "regardless of their affiliation with nonprofits." What
kind of guidelines will be outlined regarding this particular situation?
