Hospitals - not comercial but more like an org |

I manage a .org TLD for a Hospital in India. the reason this was chosen over a .com
was because Hospitals are not comercial orginisations in the strict sense (at least
in india) and .org seemed the most appropriate. Tme main purpose of the domain is
for email. The web site is of no value for us. What do I do if my domain gets grand-fathered? I
agree that existing domain holders should retain the rights. We cannot afford to
update our email address with everyone who has it.
