I may not be reading the right information, but I do not see anything stating a position on K-12 educational institutions that have elected to have a .org domain instead of the kludgy xyz.k12.state.us .  Are we to be forced out just because we have the kludged-up domain available, or shall we be allowed to hold onto the .org domains because we are non profit?  It seems to me that the wording would allow the knife to swing either way.
