Subject: ICANN won't keep athority for long...

If ICANN keeps trying to make decisions autonomously, without the input of the people who use the internet, they're athority won't last long. People will find other ways, other protocols, other DNS servers.... Sysops and webmasters are people too-- if ICAN keeps fucking with things like this, they'll find that they've been "voted" off by the people who program the routers.

ICANN, you have @large, let us make some DESICIONS. Just cause we get 5 directors or whatever doesn't mean we have any SAY. Start representing your largest userbase or the consiquences will be beyond your worst nightmares. You'll lose control.
