        What on Earth?  I thought one of the major reasons for
ICANN was to
prevent a registrar from having this much control.  Instead, you
want to give
one registrar complete control over two of the TLD registries? 
No!

And what is this about .ORG?  After many years, you're now
going to require
authorization?  Retroactive?  How about for renewals?  Are you
people
insane?  The paperwork alone will take down half of the South
American
rainforests.

My, Goddess!  Who on Earth is managing ICANN?  Verisign,
obviously!
