I did say that did not intend to cast aspersions, but I could set up an "amazon.com"
nickname here if I so wished. Rather than 'rant', I will simply restate my firm
opinion that to have substantive clarification provided to a third party rather than
posted by them on their website is less than helpful. Delegates in Melbourne cannot
prepare if the ambiguities remain.
