Subject: ICANN to determine "proper use" or ORG?

Message:

Aside from the fact that I do not believe that the ICANN has the right to deprive me of what I consider to be effectively my personal property, and aside from the fact that RFC-1591 clearly indicates that my two ORG addresses are used within ORG's mandate, there is an important other factor that ICANN may not have considered here.

If the ICANN decides that it will arbitrate who is and who isn't a "valid" ORG owner, it must also do the same for COM and NET owners as well. I sure hope that COM owners are comfortable with the fact that ICANN feels that ICANN can strip COM owners of their domains at arbitrary times for arbitrary reasons.

Further if ICANN feels that they have the right to judge (note, not arbitrate, but JUDGE) who is entilted to own what domain... then they sure will be busy with COM-oriented lawsuits.

I suspect that this motion may result in FAR more lawsuits than ICANN suspects...
