Subject: Yes - Businesses ARE Organizations

You should be well within your rights to use your domain for business use.

ICANN and the United States DoC have always known that .ORG has been used for this purpose. Through deliberate mismanagement, they allowed it to happen.

It is not only unfair, but also unjust of them to take .ORG domains away.

Most people agree with you - it makes senses, a new TLD is needed for Non-Profits (suggested most is .NPO).

Grandfathering will create a mess - also how can you sell your business on?

.ORG is best left alone - it will be stupid to change it.

I am not a lawyer, so can only state what I believe right - not twist the truth (as some lawyers seem to do).
