Mr. Evdokimov - Your concern about IOD being sole registrar is very valid. It was made in the first public comment forum as well. As a result, Image Online Design committed then, and in an answer to ICANN, that we would accelerate development and testing and would be using ICANN accredited registrars within 30 to 60 days of entry into the root servers. We expect we can do it even faster. Unfortunately, this answer wasn't good enough, as ICANN then criticized us for creating a change to our application.
