If we dissect each and every word, we'll be here forever. Mr. Jarvis is correct that
almost all parties are showing a confident stance. It is to be expected.Let's
stick to the merits and the facts.
We have shown where ICANN's criticisms of our
application are without factual merit in most cases, and agreed and corrected those
that were accurate. We have also noticed that other applicants were not criticised
for the exact same things that brought criticism upon Image Online Design.
This
is much more serious an issue than finding conspiracies, whether they truly exist
or not.
Image Online Design has posted a rebuttal to all of the criticism brought
against us. Lacking publication of further documents by ICANN, I believe we find
ourselves in a position back where we started: as the pioneer registry with the most
experience and without an established market share, asking simply for competition.
