                                Okay, a few quick suggestions
1.  It appears to me that we have a current trend with regards to .com, .org, .gov, .net, .edu.  So why break the three letter precedent with larger more complicated TLDs.
2.  Pioneering a new safer internet area for kids with a .kid extension would be a spectacular idea.  Undoubtedly there will be many a third party group willing to take control of policing those site.  Please dont forget about the children.
3.  .xxx, some may think that this would be equivalent to supporting such sites, but i propose i different idea.  how about changing all existent pornography sites to a .xxx instead so that expensive babysitting software is not needed.
4.  my suggestions: .xxx, .kid, .web, .ind (for individuals), and finally .biz
